Expertly Guided Wildlife & Birding Photography Tours
Western Australia provides opportunities to photograph birds not only seen nowhere else in Australia but some of the easiest chances to photograph those species that are difficult to get shots of elsewhere.
From Noisy Scrub-birds in the south to Black Grasswrens in the north, these are some of the most sought-after endemic photo targets in the country. Difficult birds to get great photos of elsewhere in the country, such as Regent Parrot or Southern Emu-wren, can be much more confiding in the more remote and untouched Southwest. While the same can be said for Grey Honeyeater, Painted Finch, Sandhill Grasswren in the Midwest and Pilbara and Gouldian Finch, White-quilled Rock Pigeon and Yellow chat in the Kimberley.
We will give you the best chance at nailing the shot on any of our standard birdwatching itineraries or a custom one of your own as well as helping you out with how best to set up and maximise the use of your gear. Our guides know bird photography! Reach out with your desired species and we will see what will suit you best.
